Looking for the collector's Ringmail armour - Guild Wars Forums

I'm looking to collect the 71 +20 Ringmail armour set (I assume different armour is offered for each profession) and I currently have the boots from the collector in Ventari's Refuge, and the hauberk from just outside here. Can anyone tell me where to get the helmet, leggings and gloves and what items I need to trade for them? Also, if anyone knows where to get each item and which monsters to kill for them, that would be great.
